Beebows - Didn't deliver AT ALL kept my $$

I have been looking for a sight to air this complaint and WARN people about using this operation.A few months before my daughter's wedding I ordered (on Ebay) large bows for the church pews.

They never cam, they never refunded my money..what they DID DO was aggravate me weeks before the wedding, I sent numerous emails..each time they promised they were coming (so I did not make other plans) HORRIBLE. 10 days before the wedding I begged a friend to make the bows..more expense..the worst part was working with these people, they didn't care at all the time it took to reach them (especially the BUSY days before a wedding) and the additional wedding STRESS THEY CAUSED.. STAY AWAY...PAY MORE AND GET YOUR STUFF. BTW they quit EBAY right after they "accepted" my money so I could not rely on PAYPAL to recoup my expenses.

It took me a while...

but I promised them I would get a warning out wherever I could about working with them...they acccepted my payment and did not deliver the bowes..YOU figure it out...HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE

I ordered (and paid for) 12 Huge white pew bows from www.beebows.net on ebay March 2, 2008 for my wedding, with the understanding that it would take 3 weeks for delivery.It is May 19, 2008 and I still have not received them.

They are not responding to disputes from ebay or paypal, which were filed over 20 days ago. They are no longer ebay members, which probably means that I am not the first one they have done this to! This company is messing with peoples' weddings! They just dont seem to care either.

They told me several times that I would receive my order any day and then three weeks later wanted to know my name so they could check on my order...I had to buy bows somewhere else to ensure having them on my wedding day, and so far I am out $70.00 for bows that I never received!This company has Horrible communication, no phone # on website, no contact person...just an email and PO Box.

I ordered 24 bows from Beebows and I have not received a callback or email as to the status of my bows.The bows have not been delivered.

I wish I had seen all of these complaints before I placed my order. I am hoping that I will not be robbed too. I would feel a lot better if they would at least communicate with me about what's going on.

This not the way they should do business.

They thrive off of messing up the biggest day in couples lives.JERKS!!!

# 1 Misty Cooper: BeeBows has never sold on eBay.

# 2 Julia Loper: Your Bows have been shipped. You did not read the web site where is says to please allow 8 weeks for delivery. Everything is hand made. I talk to the post master every day. Our packages are NOT scanned in. They sometimes are scanned when they reach a larger post office in another city, or when delivered.

# 3 Sue Sisk: Your bows were shipped. We respond to our emails if we receive them. We did have a problem with our email system and did get about 3 weeks behind in our emails. We have since then responded to all emails we have received. We do respond to any disputes with Paypal, we have to.

#4 Ella Gates: Like I said above we have had problems with our email system. They have been fixed now. Your Bows were shipped and you should have received them. You can contact us again and I will be happy to assist you.

In General:

A lot of customers do not read that the items are hand made and can take 8 weeks or more for delivery as stated on the web site. We have had thousands of HAPPY CUSTOMERS. We are sorry a hand full of people have had problems, but with any business that will happen. No one can please everyone all the time! We have customers that order on Thursday and need the item by Saturday and are 5 states away. We do our best to satisfy everyone. It's not always possible. I have contacted my local DA.You all should do the same so we can prosecute these people!

They have stolen our money through a scam!I refuse to just sit back and do nothing about it!!!

Same thing happened to me.Paypal should be held responsible too since this keeps happening.

I'm currently trying to dispute through my bank. This is the information I got from the label that she printed but never used. Carolyn West, 5388 Riverview Road, Williamsburg, VA,

23188. I called the postoffice and they told me that she never dropped the package off.

They scan every package that comes in for Priority Mail.That company needs to be shut down.

I ORDERD 48 BOWS ON 3-07-08 FOR A WEDDING ON 7-28-08 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM AND NO LONGER NEED THEM BEEBOWS WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS OR TO PAYPAL DISPUTE THEY ARE A FRAUD ORDER NOTHING FROM THEM THEY STUCK ME THEY TOOK $80 OF MY MONEY AND GAVE NOTHING IN RETURN

I placed an order for 12 bows and I have emailed the company 5 times in the last week.They DO NOT respond to your emails and they don't have a number to call.

They have awful customer relations.No phone number and just a PO BOX for address.
